If you’re a value bettor in awards markets, there are a few excellent options this week. We’ll lead off with those, before discussing a few key points in several awards markets.

MVP: Dak Prescott (+3000 to +4000 BetMGM, DraftKings)

Dak is on a three-game tear that’s put him in the top five in passing touchdowns, QBR, Rating, and EPA. From that standpoint, Prescott suddenly has the best statistical foundation of any quarterback in the stats that have mattered the most to MVP voters.

Team success could be a problem for Prescott, as Dallas will be a Wild Card unless they nearly win out and the Eagles slide. Philadelphia has a tough enough schedule where they could slide, and the Cowboys get another crack at them in Dallas in Week 14. The 49ers will have a direct tiebreaker with the Cowboys as well. That said, Dak should not be available at 40-1 odds at this juncture. Dak has two potential smash spots on deck against the Panthers and Commanders pass defenses. The game against Washington will take place in front of a national audience on Thanksgiving.

MVP: Joe Burrow (+850 to +1700 FanDuel)

This week’s Thursday night matchup in Baltimore has major MVP ramifications, as the winning quarterback will enter Week 12 firmly entrenched as a top-three option in this market. Last week’s loss to Houston makes team success a major issue for Burrow’s MVP case. That said, the Bengals were 5-4 this time last year and Burrow is capable of massive production swells. You can get Burrow at a considerable value on FanDuel.

Coach of the Year: Kevin O’Connell (+450 to +1000 BetMGM, FanDuel)
