Sunday Night Football
Buffalo @ Baltimore
Team Totals: Bills 22, Ravens 24.5
Even on a short week where Josh Allen was only asked to play three quarters against a nonexistent Jaguars squad, the table is set for the 28-year-old to win MVP honors with nine touchdowns (including two rushing) and zero interceptions from scrimmage through three games. Baltimore’s airtight front seven has funneled opponents through the air for the league’s second-most passing volume (72.6%), permitting an NFL-worst 19.6% rate of 15-yard gains and 7.3 yards per attempt (25th). Buffalo Over their 22-point team total (-115) is my favorite bet in this game. … The Ravens have stymied enemy running backs to 2.6 yards per carry including Isiah Pacheco’s poor performance (15/45/1) in Week 1. Excluding Buffalo’s last two fourth quarters in blowouts, however, James Cook out-touched the rest of the team’s backfield 47-18 (72.3%) with every carry inside the 5 (2). His all-encompassing role (including an 11.7% target share) keeps his RB2 floor intact. Ray Davis is intriguing for Showdown if you think the Bills dominate.
