Thursday Night Football
New England @ Atlanta
Team Totals: Patriots 27, Falcons 20
Even after Rhamondre Stevenson’s Week 10 breakout, Damien Harris was running the ball well enough pre-concussion that he could easily regain lead-back duties after clearing protocol on Wednesday. My initial inclination is to project Stevenson and Harris for a near-even playing-time share with Harris holding a small edge in rushing attempts and Stevenson the advantage in receiving looks, albeit with passing-down specialist Brandon Bolden staying plenty involved. Nevertheless, drawing a Falcons defense yielding the NFL’s fifth-most fantasy running back points locks both Stevenson and Harris into low-end RB2/flex viability. … The Patriots’ surge in O-Line dominance combined with the Falcons’ total inability to generate pressure gives Mac Jones fringe QB1/2 streamer appeal in Thursday night’s indoor environment beneath Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium dome. Jones hasn’t taken more than two sacks in an individual game since Week 4, while the Falcons rank dead last in sack rate (4.3%) and second to last in the league in QB Hit Rate (10.5%). His ceiling is always fair to question, but I like Jones’ floor here.
